Tradition and Modernity
In 1984, I inherited the farm from my father .I had a milk dairy farm and a production of cider from the orchards of the farm.
In 1986, I decided to stop the milk production in order to specialize the farm on cider production . Plantations of apple trees were decided to be self-suficient in fruits.
Every year, investments are done to improve quality and efficiency of the tools of production.
Today we transform between 250 and 300 tons of apples into apple juice, cider, calvados and pommeau.
