Our sparkling cider , result of a mix of 4 kinds of cider apples from the farm, bottle in after 2,3 or 4 monthes of fermentation to give a natural sparkling cider.
We have Cider :
- “ Cru de l´Hermitière” - medium : fine and fruity - dry : thrist-quenching
Ideas :
- Kir Normand (Dry cider with Blackberry cream) - Cider is very good with any meal, dry or medium |
